Description
Industrial curtain is a type of tarp used to either divide or enclose a space. Industrial curtain tarps are often used for climate control, to restrict visibility, to contain airborne debris, or as a temporary divider. They can be permanently mounted, hung by a cable, or attached to an opening mechanism.
All industrial curtains from Lookout Mountain Tarp are custom built to match the specifications of your order. Regardless of the fabric type selected, the tarp will feature a 2-ply hem across the top and sides with a 2.5" pocket across the bottom. The hem is reinforced with a 2" heavy duty polypro webbing and #2 brass locking spur grommets will be machine punched about every 12" across the top and every 24" on the sides. The bottom pocket can be used to insert either a pipe or a chain for weighting the tarp down.
Select this 14-ounce vinyl coated polyester fabric for projects where a medium duty waterproof fabric is required. When compared to our laminated fabric, it features a stronger polyester base plus a more durable vinyl coating. It shares the same construction as our 18oz but with a slightly lower tear strength and abrasion resistance. It has little to no stretch which allows the curtain to be built within tight tolerances for projects requiring notches or with unique shapes. It comes on a 61.5" roll and will be assembled using heat sealed seams which are virtually invisible. We stock this 14oz PVC vinyl material in black, blue, green, grey, and red with other colors available for larger orders.
14oz Waterproof Vinyl Fabric Construction
14 ounce vinyl coated polyester is the fabric is lighter weight while still offering sturdy waterproof protection. This material has excellent UV resistance.
14oz vinyl is an occasionally common used and sold material we build our tarps with.
Though 14oz is used for a decent portion of our tarps, there's similar materials we offer with different weights and strength, such as 18oz and 22oz.

Every single tarp we sell is Made in the USA. Cullman, Alabama to be exact. Zero imported tarps sold. Period!

When will it ship?
Unless it's one of our stock tarps that we keep in stock, we'll usually have the tarp built and ready to ship within 5 business days. Fulfillment within one week is always our goal. Please note we are closed Saturday and Sunday, as well as most typical holidays.
How do you ship?
Most of our tarps are rolled up and placed inside a standard box using UPS Ground. UPS Ground takes 1-5 business days depending on how close you are to Cullman, Alabama.
UPS offers Saturday delivery in some markets but for the most part Saturday and Sunday are not counted in that calculation. For orders of 10+ tarps please contact us before ordering so we can get a quote for LTL delivery which will likely be more cost effective.
