Custom Rectangle Shaped Tarp Cover - 18oz F/R Treated Vinyl Coated Polyester

Rectangle shaped tarps are longer than they are wide and will have four 90 degree corners. Rectangular tarps from Lookout Mountain Tarp are custom built to match the specifications of your order. Regardless of the fabric type selected, the tarp will feature a 2-ply hem that is reinforced using 2" heavy duty polypro webbing, sometimes referred to as tape. This webbing is attached using two rows of our black 277 polyester bonded thread which features a 44 lbs. breaking strength that is nearly double the industry standard. #2 brass locking spur grommets will be machine punched through the hem in the corners as well as about every 24" around the hem for extra strength.

Select this 18-ounce vinyl coated polyester fabric for projects where local code requires a Fire Retardant fabric be used. It has an F/R treatment applied that will withstand taking a flame to meet NFPA 701 requirements. It has little to no stretch which allows tarps to be built within tight tolerances for unique shapes. It comes on a 61.5" roll and will be assembled using heat sealed seams which are virtually invisible.
