Custom Octagon Shaped Tarp Cover - 9oz Vinyl Coated Mesh 80% Solid

Octagon shaped tarps have an identical width and length with angle cut corners to create eight equal length sides. Octagon tarps from Lookout Mountain Tarp are custom built to match the specifications of your order. Regardless of the fabric type selected, the tarp will feature a 2-ply hem that is reinforced using 2" heavy duty polypro webbing, often referred to as tape. This webbing is attached using two rows of our black 277 polyester bonded thread which features a 44 lbs. breaking strength that is nearly double the industry standard. #2 brass locking spur grommets will be machine punched through the hem in the corners as well as about every 24" around the hem for extra strength.

This 9-ounce vinyl coated polyester mesh fabric is our go-to fabric for sports projects where the tarp will often be walked on. The 12x12 construction creates excellent tear strength plus the foamed vinyl coating features a high abrasion rating combined with a spongy feel that boosts traction. Paint, dye, and adhesive backed stickers adhere better to this fabric than any we offer making it a top choice for applying graphics. In many scenarios the 80% shade rating provides the perfect amount of solid surface while allowing water and air to flow through. It comes on a 72" roll that will be assembled using heat sealed seams which are virtually invisible. This material has almost no stretch and finishes true to size making it an excellent choice for projects with tight tolerances, unique shapes, or that require notches.
