Warranty
Q: Lifetime Workmanship Warranty
Tarpaulins are typically a sacrificial product used to protect objects of greater value. A tarp’s life expectancy can vary from a few hours to many years depending on how it is being used. Lookout Mountain Tarp combines experience, advanced techniques, and top shelf materials to create the longest lasting tarps money can buy.
We guarantee the workmanship on our tarps for the life of the product. That statement means if our product fails due to a workmanship issue it will be repaired or replaced at no cost.
Elements like sunlight, wind, and moisture will eventually deteriorate any tarp purchased to the point it needs to be replaced. Deterioration is proof that a tarp has served its purpose and is not a defect in workmanship that would be covered by warranty.
