Custom 6-Sided Box Shaped Tarp Cover with Opening - 18oz Vinyl Coated Polyester

Box shaped tarps are one of our most popular product lines. They are often ordered in groups of 50+ by brands who include them with a product they manufacture. Our definition of a box tarp is a three-dimensional, fitted product with 90-degree corners that will cover some or all sides. We consider "width" to be the front end / rear end and therefore consider "length" to be the right side / left side. Our box tarps are divided into four styles: 4 sided, 4 sided with a tail flap, 5 sided, and 6 sided. All styles will be constructed out of waterproof 18-ounce vinyl coated polyester fabric. This material has excellent UV resistance and has proven itself for decades in the transportation industry.

Six-sided box tarps cover the top, front, bottom, both sides, and feature a rear tail flap that folds down from the top. Hook and loop fastener is used on this flap to create a seal down both sides and across the bottom. This design is not intended to be 100% waterproof, but will keep the cargo inside dry in most environments.

Box tarps are a custom-made product that will be built to match the specs of your order. When purchasing a 6-sided box tarp, we recommend adding an extra 2" to the height, width, and length to provide enough room to slide cargo inside.

Unlike the other styles, Six-sided box tarps do not have a hem and therefore will not have grommets. The only attachments available for this style are D-rings inserted into the bottom seam. These are included at no extra cost and will be positioned in each corner plus about every 24" down both sides of the length.
